Click and Collect is Now Available in KLIA & klia2

Passengers travelling through KL International Airport (KLIA) can now enjoy the Click & Collect service offered by Malaysia Airports’ e-commerce shopping platform, shopMYairports. The new service enables passengers to conveniently purchase DutyFree* and Duty-Paid* items ranging from Perfumes & Cosmetics, and Chocolates & Confectionaries to Liquors on the platform before picking them up at the Click & Collect counters in the airport upon arrival or prior to departure. To use this service, passengers can make the purchase online from 30 days to 48 hours before the collection period at the airport. Soon, the Click & Collect service will also be extended to include F&B offerings, where passengers can pre-purchase their meals via the same platform and head directly to the respective outlet to redeem their order.

The Click & Collect counters at KLIA are located in the following areas and will be opening in phases:

KLIA Main Terminal

• Contact Pier, International Departure & Arrival, Level 4 (duty-free items collection for both departing and arriving passengers)
• International Arrival, Level 3 (duty-free items collection for arriving passengers)
• Departure Area, Level 5 (duty-paid items collection for both departing and arriving passengers)

• Opposite WHSmith towards Gate L, International Departure, Level 2 (duty-free items collection for departing passengers)
• Baggage reclaim area (near baggage carousel 10), International Arrival, Level 2 (duty-free items collection for arriving passengers)
• Departure Area, Level 5 (duty-paid items collection for both departing and arriving passengers)
