Imagine spending a tiring day at the airport and when it is time to leave, you have somehow forgotten the exact location of your car. Of course, this is totally understandable as there are more than 5,700 parking bays within 4 parking complexes at KL International Airport (KLIA).
As a way to remember where exactly they parked their cars, many people tend to write down the pillar number, or more commonly, take a photo of the pillar closest to their cars. This will now be a thing of the past as Malaysia Airports has now made it easy to find where your car is parked with the “Find My Vehicle” kiosk that leverages on advanced technology for the convenience of visitors.
Aimed to ease the visitor’s journey and provide an overall joyful experience when at the airport, the “Find My Vehicle” kiosk, located at the main access to the car park, has been programmed to recognise a car’s plate number upon entry. To easily locate your vehicle with just the touch of a button, all you need to do is press the “search” button, key in your car’s plate number and select your vehicle. The system will then direct visitors by showing the exact location of their car together with the directions to get there. No more wandering around trying to remember where you parked your car!
