On February 14, Malaysia Airports unveiled a brand new Customer Information Centre (CIC) at the KL International Airport (KLIA). The centre is a vibrant space fitted with a large information desk and multiple screens showcasing flight arrivals and departures, weather forecast on a world map and other information pertaining to the airports and Malaysia. On February 23, a children’s playground was opened at the Viewing Deck, Level 5, KLIA.
